Relationships
Relationship therapy provides opportunity for partners to get on the same page and feel more connected. We facilitate a safe space for everyone to feel heard and seen, address challenges, enhance communication, and strengthen their connections with the guidance of a trained therapist.

Details
-
Our ideal clients are individuals, parents and children and the people who support them. This means it isn’t uncommon for a spouse, partner, parent, or friend to attend a therapy session at the client’s request. Our clients typically range in age, from early childhood (0-5), children and adolescents (6 to 17) to adults (18+). We often see entire families - individually and in small groups to address concerns holistically.
-
The style and methods of therapy are dependent on the needs of the individual. We are a relatively non-traditional practice that utilizes structured modalities (like CBT or DBT) when necessary. However, we most often include techniques and tools from: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Processing for Trauma, Play Therapy, Art and Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc.– all through a Relational and Self-Positive lens.
-
Each therapist has their own schedule and we encourage flexibility around client need. - we have a mix of early birds and night owls and try to offer weekend hours when possible.
-
Every therapist offers both virtual and in-person sessions and may offer alternative therapy session locations when possible.
Virtual sessions should occur in a safe and private location where you feel comfortable.
We will not provide therapy services while you are driving.
-
We are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Complete, Blue Care Network, Cigna, HAP, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, Priority Health, and United Healthcare. We are willing to accept clients with other coverage, however, we do not bill out-of-network insurances directly and would require clients to pay for treatment at full price and submit for reimbursement themselves.
Standard private pay fee is $150 for a 55 minute session. We do participate in Open Path Collective and are committed to working with clients who are under or uninsured to find a rate that is manageable. However, these spots are limited and usually fall during non-peak times. Please reach out for more information.
